We are looking for your perspective: Fairness, leadership and error culture in modern working environments!

In today's challenging world of work, fairness, leadership and a culture of error play a decisive role in the well-being and performance of employees. In order to better understand how these factors are connected and which framework conditions contribute to a positive work culture, we are conducting a weekly survey.

The aim of this study is to gain valuable insights into how learning culture, room for manoeuvre and freedom at work can be improved. Your participation therefore makes an important contribution to research and the further development of healthy and productive working environments.

Topic of the study: Fairness, leadership and error culture in the world of work

Participation: Possible via smartphone, tablet or PC

Duration:

  • Pre-survey: approx. 20 - 25 minutes
  • Afterwards: A short questionnaire (approx. 20 minutes) every fortnight for six weeks

Period: Ongoing from April 2024

Requirement: At least 30 hours of work per week

Your data will be processed strictly anonymised and the highest security standards are guaranteed. As a small thank you, you will receive individual feedback on the topics of learning culture and scope and freedom at work on request.
