Bayer AG - HS Survey and Dialogue

While modern and innovative occupational safety concepts are based on harmonised legal standards, comprehensive company-wide health promotion initiatives focus on very different content areas and objectives. Integrative and evidence-based solutions are required in order to link the two strategic fields of health management in a meaningful way. The overarching goal of the joint project with Bayer is the systematic further development and sustainable implementation of a central management tool for global strategic control, local operational implementation of tailored measures and the evaluation of global and local health and safety programmes.

An important component of this is the scientifically based employee survey for the differentiated evaluation and evidence-based derivation of effective measures. Based on the previous health survey, we are working with Bayer to design a digital survey tool for the efficient management of occupational health management. The focus here is on deriving holistic profiles, taking into account the various sub-areas and locations and incorporating complex correlation patterns and self-learning algorithms.
